Successful defense against a Case of Seeking Revocation of the JPO Decision of dismissal of motion to invalidation of Patent

The Intellectual Property High Court ruled in favor of our client, and dismissed the demand by the plaintiff on February 7, 2013. Hiroshi Suga, Mitsuru Shishido and Takuhiro Fukazu represented the defendant in the case, which our client won.
In this case, the plaintiff sought revocation of the JPO decision which had dismissed the plaintiff's motion to invalidation of our client's patent regarding "the bag-in-box and the bag therefor," however, the court sustained our contentions and rejected all of the plaintiff's demands.
