N&A hosts high school interns from St. Mary's International School

We welcomed three high school interns from St. Mary's International School in the Tokyo office for a week.
The internship program was, led by lawyers in our Tokyo office, and lawyers and staff from our Tokyo and overseas offices participated in the program with the students.

松永 徳宏

Tokuhiro Matsunaga has handled a wide variety of cross-border M&A transactions in Asia and other regions. Recently, he has been focusing on the expansion of N&A’s Thai legal practice, and provides hands-on support to both Japanese and international clients that invest or are located in Thailand. He advises clients from both corporate/M&A and competition law perspectives, and has prevailed in a broad range of complicated cases, such as M&A transactions that involve serious antitrust issues. In addition, he has extensive experience with competition law investigations by the Japanese Fair Trade Commission, as well as investigations by other competition authorities in more than 15 countries. He also advises on other legal practice areas, including corporate governance, shareholders’ meetings, countermeasures against hostile takeovers and shareholder activism, compliance enhancement, internal investigations, and whistleblowing cases. He is adept at precisely understanding clients’ needs, and works carefully and efficiently to achieve the optimal outcomes for his clients.

ダニエル・アレハンドロ・モリス・オレジャナ

In the field of Competition Law, Daniel provides support in complex merger filings, cartel cases, leniency applications, internal investigations, and general antitrust matters. In the field of International Trade Law, Daniel has been involved in a wide range of matters, including WTO disputes, trade remedies (anti-dumping, subsidies, safeguards, anti-circumvention measures) domestically and internationally, and matters involving economic partnership agreements such as the CPTPP. Daniel is known for his deep understanding of each topic and practical approach.

ナットラダ・ルアンウッティティクン

More than 6 years of experience engaging with SCL Nishimura & Asahi in Bangkok. Currently working in practice of finance, corporate and commercial (e.g. commercial contract drafting, full scale of corporate works: business incorporation, dissolution & liquidation, business and asset restructuring, M&A such as entire business transfer: EBT, partial business transfer: PBT, amalgamation, share subscription, share purchase, joint venture, and legal due diligence). Also, engaging in several speaker events as well as being visiting lecturer for Thai universities, namely, Bangkok University and Chiangmai University. 

 

Graduated Master's Degree (LL.M.) in International Tax Law and EU Tax Law from Uppsala University, Sweden, under the offer and award from the Swedish Institute Study Scholarships 2017 (SISS), and LL.B in Business Law Major from Chulalongkorn University with honour. 

 

Also, interested in business trends, investment, economics, cryptocurrencies and Web 3.0’s on-going global trend and its development e.g. blockchain, tokenomics and etc.
