Azusa Saito is a counsel in the Dispute Resolution Group. Her practice focuses on international arbitration and complex commercial litigation. She has represented clients in international commercial arbitrations conducted in venues around the world, under a wide variety of arbitral rules, including the ICC, SIAC, and JCAA. She has advised multinational companies in diverse industries, including the pharmaceutical, automobile, aviation, construction, solar energy, telecommunications, electronics and insurance fields, in contractual disputes relating to (post-)M&A, distributorship, licensing, and franchising. She also has extensive experience in court proceedings relating to arbitration and multi-jurisdictional disputes.
