SIAC Tokyo Events 2018

The head of our international arbitration group, Hiroyuki Tezuka, will give the welcome address and will participate in various sessions as a moderator, panelist, and mock tribunal member, at “SIAC Academy Tokyo 2018”, organized by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the Japan Association of Arbitrators (JAA), on September 7, 2018. Our international arbitration partner Chie Nakahara will also participate as a facilitator of the event.

Nishimura & Asahi will sponsor a special event, “SIAC-JAA Tokyo Conference 2018”, organized by SIAC and the JAA, at Fukuracia Tokyo Station on September 6, 2018, where our international arbitration partner Yutaro Kawabata will serve as a panelist in a session on “Contemporary Damages Principles in International Arbitration”.

Nishimura & Asahi will also host the “YSIAC-YJAA Tokyo Workshop 2018”, organized by Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre (YSIAC) and Young Japan Association of Arbitrators (YJAA), at our Tokyo office on September 6, 2018, where our international arbitration associate Azusa Saito will serve as a panelist in a session on “Document Production and Management in International Arbitration: Discovering to Win”.
