NIALS appoints Mr. Nobuhiro Nakayama as a Governor.

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Nobuhiro Nakayama has joined the Nishimura Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS) as a Governor as of April 1, 2008.
Mr. Nakayama was professor of the University of Tokyo Graduate Schools of Law and Politics, and University of Tokyo Faculty of Law until the end of March this year. He has been engaged in various educational and research activities and is a member of a variety of government councils, including the Strategic Council on Intellectual Property and Industrial Structure Council. He is a leading member of the academic community on Intellectual Property Law.
