Hideki Kanda joined the firm on October 2016.

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Hideki Kanda, Emeritus Professor of the University of Tokyo; and Professor of Gakushuin University Law School, joined Nishimura & Asahi as an Advisor.

Mr. Kanda specializes in commercial law, corporate law, financial law, securities law, trust law and law and economics.
Mr. Kanda is a member of various committees of the government and other groups, and plays a major role in those committees and groups.

Mr. Kanda is expected to make a significant contribution to the firm in a broad range of areas with his considerable experience, knowledge and extensive contacts.
