    Innovation Network Corporation of Japan: Investment in Dynamic Map Platform

Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi has advised Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (“INCJ”) on its investment in Dynamic Map Planning Co., Ltd. (currently known as Dynamic Map Platform Co., Ltd.), a joint venture company formed by leading electrical machinery, mapping, surveying and automobile companies in Japan for research, development and verification of high-precision 3D map data which will contribute to the development of autonomous driving cars and safe driving support systems.

Tatsuya Nakayama is a partner in our M&A and corporate practice and was previously seconded to a top-tier U.S. international law firm.
