Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi has advised Valeo S.A. in its acquisition of the shares of ICHIKOH INDUSTRIES, LTD. through a tender offer in order to make ICHIKOH INDUSTRIES, LTD. a subsidiary of Valeo S.A.
