Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation (“TEDS”) on its acquisition through tender offer of the common shares in its consolidated subsidiary NuFlare Technology, Inc. [TSE: 6256], a Japanese company engaged in the maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of TEDS.
