Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised Money Forward, Inc. [TSE: 3994], a Japanese provider of cloud-based accounting solutions, on its acquisition of Smartcamp Co., Ltd., a start-up developing and operating one of Japan’s largest SaaS marketing platforms.
