Shidax Corporation - Capital and business alliance with Unison Capital Partners IV, LPS and Unison Capital Partners IV(F), L.P.
Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised Shidax Corporation (“Shidax”) [TSE: 4837] on its capital and business alliance with Unison Capital Partners IV, LPS and Unison Capital Partners IV(F), L.P. (“Unison”).
As part of this capital and business alliance, Unison intends to acquire JPY 6.5 billion worth of Shidax’s preferred shares by way of third-party allotment.
