The M&A encyclopedia which Nishimura & Partners edited was published by Shoji-Houmu Kenkyukai on 23 July 2001.

This work was written by our lawyers in conjunction with former employees of Nishimura & Partners. One of the areas that we have tackled most energetically is M&A dealings.
