BEPS and Global Business Activities

Yo Ota and Tsuyoshi Ito co-authored and edited a book entitled “BEPS and Global Business Activities,” as the fourth book on tax law of the “Nishimura Institute for Advanced Legal Studies: Bridge the Theory and Practice Series,” together with Professor Minoru Nakazato of the Graduate Schools for Law and Politics, the University of Tokyo, in November 2017.  The book was published by a leading legal publisher, Yuhikaku, Tokyo.

The book analyzes topics in the Final Report of the OECD/G20 Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) Project and its corresponding tax system.

Contributors to the book included Keigo Fuchi (Professor of the Graduate School of Law, Kobe University) and Takeshi Fujitani (Associate Professor of the University of Tokyo), and from Nishimura & Asahi, Masaki Noda, Atsushi Mizushima, Taku Sonoura, Mayuko Nakamura and Daichi Iinaga.
