Nishimura & Asahi received the most awards of any law firm at the Mergermarket Japan M&A Awards 2020, announced online on June 11, 2020. The awards were presented “for creative advisory work on complex transactions”, with a rigorous judging process based on Mergermarket’s deal league tables, followed by a shortlist announcement and scrutiny by a panel of expert judges. Our firm received awards for:
