Legal Adviser of the Year at the inaugural Mergermarket Japan M&A Awards

Nishimura & Asahi received the most awards for a law firm at the first-ever Mergermarket Japan M&A Awards, held at the Imperial Hotel, Tokyo. The awards were presented “for creative advisory work on complex transactions”, with a rigorous judging process based on Mergermarket’s deal league tables, followed by a shortlist announcement and scrutiny by a panel of expert judges. On the night, our firm was awarded with:
