Ryota ESASHI

Ryota has extensive experience in medium-to-large-scale and complex real estate liquidation and securitization transactions, financing deals to REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) and Infrastructure REIT, and project finance transactions. In particular, he has strong expertise in facilitating real estate finance transactions utilizing the so-called “GK-TK” and “TMK” schemes for various types of assets, including offices, residential property, logistic centers, shopping complexes, hotels, and data centers. He regularly provides support for projects and transactions in relation to real estate for various clients, such as financial institutions, investors, asset managers, general contractors, and developers. He also supports financing deals, based on his experience in secondments at the head offices and the overseas (key) branches of major financial institutions.
