Yasuo TSUKITOME
Yasuo is a partner in our restructuring and bankruptcy team. Yasuo’s practice covers many corporate legal matters, with a focus on M&A, bankruptcy/ restructuring and dispute cases. He appropriately resolves cases in a timely manner based on his abundant experience.
Yasuo has an extensive track record, including many restructuring and bankruptcy cases representing a variety of stakeholders, such as debtors, sponsors and creditors. He also has special expertise in M&A, dispute and risk management cases. In addition, he is involved in PPP/ infrastructure cases and renewable energy cases.
