Norikazu is an expert in complex litigation matters and handles various types of corporate disputes.
 He provides accurate advice and optimal solutions in dispute resolution, drawing from his experience of being seconded to the Ministry of Justice.
 He is also involved in environmental law and renewable energy matters.

Norikazu is a counsel in our dispute resolution group. He has garnered extensive experience in complex commercial dispute resolution matters while at Nishimura Asahi. In addition, having spent two years at the Civil Litigation Division of the Ministry of Justice, he has handled various large-scale and complex disputes, including matters relating to health issues caused by asbestos and the Hepatitis B virus, and compensation claims arising from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station incident.
 His practice centers around civil litigation, corporate disputes (liability claims against company executives, actions to prevent the issuance of shares, etc.), disputes in information technology systems development (representing both vendors and users), construction project disputes, IP litigation, labor disputes (representing employers), environmental disputes (concerning land pollution and noise pollution issues, etc.), and administrative litigation.
 He also handles environmental law and renewable energy matters.
