Takafumi has handled crisis management cases, and he has extensive experience in handling quality fraud, embezzlement and other misconduct by officers and employees, accounting fraud, cartels, FCPA, security incidents, whistleblower response, compliance due diligence, and handling investigations by foreign authorities. He constantly conducts fact-finding, which focuses on digital forensics. He is a member of the Special Committee on Measures against Racketeering through Intercession in Civil Disputes of the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association, and he has extensive experience advising on transactions with companies suspected of having relationships with anti-social forces and on restoring reputations.
