Tsuyoshi Ito is a LPC Partner of Nishimura & Asahi, and a head of Nishimura & Asahi Nagoya Office. He is a member of the finance practice group and the tax group of our firm. Mr. Ito joined our firm in 2000, and since then has been practicing law for more than 15 years in a wide variety of practice areas. Mr. Ito has, in addition to general experience providing routine corporate legal advice, significant experience in financing transactions, especially banking transactions and asset management/investment fund transactions. Mr. Ito provides advice on asset management business regulations and compliance matters relevant to the Japanese market as well. In addition, Mr. Ito has significant experience in tax counseling and tax controversies, and has represented major corporations in many tax disputes and tax lawsuits.
