Mr. Nomoto supports clients through his extensive experience in PFI/PPP and DBO projects, including waste management projects.

Osamu Nomoto mainly deals with project finance, and has specialized in Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public Private Partnership (PPP) in the private finance initiative practice group since 1999, when the Act on Promotion of Private Finance Initiative (PFI) was enacted. Mr. Nomoto also deals with various types of PPP projects, such as re-development projects for public land, as well as waste management projects including Design Build Operate (DBO). He serves as not only as a legal advisor but also as a board member for some of these projects. In addition, he has been involved in recent concession projects for public facilities, such as airports, water and sewage, MICE facilities, etc, as well as renovation projects for aging facilities.
