国際仲裁・国際訴訟分野の第一人者として、M&A、代理店・ライセンス契約、建設・プロジェクト関係の紛争や知財紛争等、数多くの代理人案件、仲裁人案件を扱う。
世界を代表する大企業、銀行、証券会社、保険会社、ニュースメディア等、国内外の様々な企業の代理人を務め、コーポレートガバナンス、知的所有権関連、合弁事業、ライセンス、代理店契約、独占禁止法、製造物責任、国際倒産事件等の企業問題全般の解決に携わってきました。また、JCAA、ICC、ICDR、KCAB、VIAC、SIAC等の規則による国際商事仲裁や国内外の裁判所での国際訴訟を数多く経験しております（主席仲裁人事件を含む）。国際仲裁・訴訟に関する日本語および英語での著書も数多く手がけております。
