[Case] On October 24, 2008, the Intellectual Property High Court Judgment of March 27, 2008 became final and conclusive by the Supreme Court's rejection of the defendant's appeal and motion for acceptance of the appeal. Eiichi Fukushima, Somuku Iimura and Hiroshi Suga represented the current copyright owner of "Von Dutch" works in cancelling the copyright registration under the name of the defendant, and our client won the case at the IP High Court.
